Section 7(4) in Veterinary Council Of India Regulation, 1991
(4)Every report of an inspector with the remarksof the veterinary college, hospital or institution inspected or of the University, Board or other veterinary institution which conducted the examination shall he supplied to each member of the Council and shall be considered by the Council at the next meeting together with the observations of the Executive Committee thereon.
