Section 4(1) in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Rules, 1976
(1)For the purpose of an election under Clause (d) of Section 4, the Returning Officer shall cause to be prepared a draft electoral roll in which the names and other requisite particulars of all persons who may be entitled to vote at such election up to the date appointed by the Returning Officer in that behalf shall be included. The electoral roll shall be in Form No.I.
