(2)The following articles may be stocked in every such canteen, namely :-(a)Tea, coffee, milk:(b)such eatables and articles as the Inspector-General may, from time to time, approve:(c)soap, oil, combs, and the like:(d)fruits like bananas and mangoes;(e)tooth paste, tooth powder, tooth brushes; and(f)stationery articles like pencils, exercise books and papers.
