Section 281(2)(a) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965

(a)any of the articles specified in Part I in of Schedule IX in or upon any premises in quantities exceeding at any one time the respective maximum quantities specified opposite such articles; or
