03. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

3. These writ petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the opposite parties to conduct semester examinations in B.Sc. Optometry (B.O.) and B.Sc. Medical Radiation Technology (DMRT) courses respectively.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioners that till date no examination has been conducted out of eight semester examinations.

5. An affidavit for both the writ petitions has been filed on behalf of Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University (opposite party No.3) to which Biju Pattnaik Medical Technology is affiliated, stating therein that dates have been fixed for such examinations, which are going to commence from 29.08.2024.

6. In such view of the matter, it is the contention on behalf of the petitioners that the grievance has been redressed.

7. There appears to be no dispute that Biju Pattnaik Medical Technology was affiliated to opposite party No.3-University.

8. In such view of the matter, these writ petitions stand disposed of.
