Section 10A(2) in The Orissa Factories Rules, 1950
(2)Every worker employed in the said process shall be re-examined by a Certifying Surgeon at least once in every six calendar months such reexamination shall, whenever the Certifying Surgeon considers appropriate, include tests as specified in sub-paragraph (1).
