Section 4(1) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Forecasting, Scheduling, Deviation Settlement Mechanism and related matters of Wind and Solar generating stations) Regulations, 2018
(1)All State Entities shall have equal and non-discriminatory treatment as regards the 'Deviation Settlement mechanism as specified in these Regulations.
