Section 4(1) in The Rajasthan Pension (Grant to Dependents Of Citizens-Non Government Servants) Rules, 1960
(1)The claimant shall submit an application for grant of pension in Form 'A' to the Superintendent of Police of the District wherein the citizen, on whom he was dependent, was killed.
