Section 6(1) in The Bureau of Energy Efficiency (Certification Procedures for Energy Managers) Regulations, 2010
(1)The Bureau, or the agency, as the case may be, shall, after scrutiny of application form and being satisfied that the applicant is eligible to appear for the National Examination, admit him for the National Examination by issuing him an admission card stating the place, date and time of the National Examination at least fifteen days before the date of the National Examination.
