Section 23(2) in Rajasthan Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulations, 2016
(2)The energy losses of the transmission and distribution system shall be adjusted in proportion to the energy injection/drawal by the open access customer as under:-(a)Transmission losses as approved in ARR and Tariff order for the respective Financial Year;Provided that in case the tariff order is issued after 1st April of Financial Year, then losses as approved in previous year tariff order shall be applicable up to the date of issue of tariff order for relevant year.(b)Distribution system losses as approved by the Commission for the voltage level at which the OA customer is connected.
