Section 34(1) in United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
(1)Employees who have retired from the service of the Bank between the 1stday of January, 1986 and the 31stday of October, 1993 shall be eligible for pension with effect from the 1stday of November, 1993.
