Section 13 in Uttarakhand Public Services (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) Act, 2019
13. Repeal and Savings. -
(1)The Uttarakhand Public Services (Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections) Ordinance, 2019 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the provisions of the Ordinance specified in sub section (1) shall be deemed to have been done under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
