Section 8(3) in The Orissa Grama Panchayats Election Rules, 1965
(3)The Commissioner, on receipt of copies of the final electoral roll from the Electoral Registration Officer under Sub-rule (2) shall cause to be prepared such number of copies thereof as may be required for conducting elections to the Grama Panchayats and shall supply to the Election Officer at the time of the Election.
