Section 2(e) in The Bihar Displaced Persons Government Premises (Rent Recovery and Eviction) Act, 1954
(e)'premises' means any building or part of a building and includes-(i)the garden, grounds and out-houses, if any, appertaining to such building or part of a building;(ii)any furniture supplied by the landlord for use in such building or part of a building; and(iii)any fitting affixed to such building or part of a building for the more beneficial enjoyment thereof;
