(2)Functions of the committee. - The committee shall provide for the welfare and recreational activities of the officers and employees which shall include:-(i)Games (Indoor and Out-door), arranging of sports and competitions in furtherance of these activities;(ii)opening of reading clubs, purchase of magazines, books, newspapers and other periodicals;(iii)such other welfare and recreational activities as may be approved by the Board.
