Facts:
1. Shri Ram Kishan preferred RTI application dated 1 December 2009 before the CPIO, Ministry of Urban Development, New Delhi seeking information pertaining to him not being granted the benefit of ACP scheme with effect from 8 January 2001.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 5 January 2010 information was provided. Appellant pleaded that the order did not satisfy him and he preferred appeal dated 20 January 2010 before the first appellate authority. The matter was decided upon vide FAA order dated 15 February 2010.
3. Not being satisfied by the above orders the appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission. The matter was heard today. Both parties were present as above in person and presented arguments. Appellant stated that he had received seniority list for the years 1999, 2000, 2005 and 2006 but that he had not received the seniority lists for the years 1995 - 98, 2001 - 04 and 2007. Respondent stated that no seniority list was prepared during the period indicated by the appellant.

4. After hearing both parties Commission directs respondent to provide information to the appellant as per the averments recorded above within two weeks of receipt of the order.
