                         ORAL JUDGMENT

Date: 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties. At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner shall be allowed to pick up quota of rectified spirit but only till the end of the Financial Year i.e., 31st March, 2016 and order to this effect shall be issued by the concerned respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to ensure Patna High Court CWJC No.5241 of 2016 dt.16-03-2016 2/2 that such order is passed in favour of the petitioner to lift his quota of the licence latest by 31st March, 2016 i.e., the end of the financial year 2015-16. Such order be issued latest by day after tomorrow.
