Section 94(2)(i) in The Haryana Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993

(i)not carry more than forty at a time when the wheel base of such vehicle is below 3.6 meters and not more than fifty when wheel base of such vehicle is 3.6 metres or above in the case of goats, sheeps, pigs, deer, rams, ewes, kids and the like; and
