Section 4(4) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(4)The Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer shall maintain a register in his office in Form No. 3, wherein he shall make necessary entries about the dealer and it's registration.
