Section 37(1) in The Rail Land Development Authority (Development of Land and Other Works) Regulations, 2012
(1)A bidder can obtain tender documents from the office of the Authority on payment of a document fee as may be determined by the Authority and in case a bidder decides to download the tender document from the Authority's official website, it shall have to deposit document fee together with its bid at the time of bid submission.
