Section 20(1) in The West Bengal Premises Requisition And Control (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1947
(1)Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act, or fails or neglects to obey any order made thereunder shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both.
