27. Plans prepared prior to this Act deemed to have been prepared under this Act.
- Any Master Plan or a Zonal Plan prepared under the provisions of any other law in force prior to the commencement of this Act, shall be deemed to have been prepared under the provision of this Act, to which the provisions of the foregoing sections relating to the sanction, modification and operation of a Master Plan/Master Development Plan shall mutatis mutandis apply:Provided that any Master Plan or Zonal Plan sanctioned for the urban area of Jodhpur under any other provisions of law shall cease to operate as soon as a Plan is sanctioned under the provisions of this Act.
