31. Disputes as to the constitution of the Institute authorities and bodies.
- If any question arises as to whether any person has been duly elected or appointed as, or is entitled to be, a member of any authority or other body of the Institute, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor whose decision thereon shall be final.
