Section 54(1) in Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, authorise any authority or officer to exercise any of the powers vested in it by this Act except the power to make rules under Section 71 and may in like manner withdraw such authority.
