Section 19 in THE MARINE AIDS TO NAVIGATION ACT, 2021
19. Certification.
A certificate mentioned in sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 18 shall be issued by an accredited training organisation referred to in section 20, in such form, subject to such conditions and in such manner, as may be prescribed.
