Section 20(3) in National Law University Delhi Act, 2007
(3)The selection Committee referred to in sub-section-(2) shall consists of three members of whom one shall be nominated by the Executive Council, one by the Chairman, University Grants Commission and one by the Chancellor from among the retired or serving Judges of the High Court of Delhi. The person nominated by the Chancellor shall be the Convenor of the Committee:Provided that no person who is an employee of the University shall be nominated as the member of the selection committee.
