Section 92(3) in Kerala Land Reforms (Tenancy) Rules, 1970
(3)The Land Tribunal shall also have the power to add as parties the legal representatives of a deceased party in any proceedings pending before it; and the provisions of Order XXII of the First Schedule to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, shall, as far as may be, apply to the proceedings for impleading the legal representatives.
