Section 16 in The North Bengal University Act, 1981
16. Authorities.
- The following shall be authorities of the University:-(1)the Court;(2)the Executive Council;(3)the Faculty Councils for post-graduate studies;(4)the Councils for undergraduate studies;(5)the Boards of Studies;(6)the Finance Committee;(7)such other authorities as may be established under the Statutes.
