Section 32(1) in The Orissa Minerals (Prevention Of Theft, Smuggling And Other Unlawful Activities) Act, 1988
(1)No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against any officer of the Government for anything which is in good faith done of intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules or any order made thereunder.
