Section 32(3) in The Goa Medical Council Rules, 1995
(3)When a meeting has been adjourned to a future day the President may change such day to any other day, and the Registrar shall send a written notice of the change to each member of the Council.The Registrar shall, if possible, send a notice of the adjourned meeting if the meeting has been adjourned for some other day due to some unforeseen circumstances which shall be recorded.
