Section 10(2) in The Orissa Glanders and Farcy Rules, 1941
(2)When a horse seized under the Act dies before completion of the examination or test, the carcass shall be treated as diseased, and shall be disposed of in accordance with the provisions of Sub-rule (2) of Rule 9 and Sub-rule (1) of this rule.
