Section 2(f) in The Maharashtra Aerial Ropeways Act, 1956
(f)"promoter" means any person in whose favour an order has been made under section 10 or under section 30 or on whom the rights and liabilities conferred or imposed on the promoter by this Act or by rules and orders made under this Act as to the construction, maintenance and use of aerial ropeways have developed or have been imposed by section 42; and includes a lessee to whom a lease has been granted under section 27;
