Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,
calling for the records of the sixth respondent in L.No.AEE/D/c.Aero/F-
Advt.Board/ A.No.165/16-17 dated 20.09.2016 and quash the same and
directing the respondents to issue all necessary licence, NOC, etc., to enable
the petitioner to avail uninterrupted electricity supply to the traffic signals
subject matter of Work Order R.C.No.5532/2016/Kai.1 dated 07.12.2016 of
the second respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing the present writ petition became vanished. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
