Section 201(1) in The M.P. Municipal Accounts Rules, 1971
(1)The annual accounts of the receipt and expenditure of a Municipal Council shall be made up to the last day of every financial year and shall be prepared in the Form No. 116 and shall be accompanied by memorandum explaining the principal differences between the estimate and the actuals.
