                             UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                O R D E R

1. Signature Not Verified Though, we are not inclined to interfere with the findings Digitally signed by NARENDRA PRASAD with regard to the contempt committed by the appellant, we find Date: 2024.12.12 18:25:16 IST Reason:

that instead of sentencing the appellant and imposing penalty, an 1 unconditional apology by the appellant to the High Court and the respondent/writ petitioner would serve the purpose.

2. The appellant shall file an affidavit before the High Court tendering unconditional apology and shall also file an affidavit tendering unconditional apology to the respondent/writ petitioner.

3. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, disposed of.

4. Post the matter for reporting compliance after four weeks.
