Section 63(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)On the publications of the notification under Section 62, the holding in respect of which the notification has been published shall, so long as the management continues, vest in the State Government. Such management shall be deemed to commence from the date on which the notification is published and the State Government shall appoint a Manager to be in charge of such holding.
