1. Petitioners have preferred this misc. petition seeking protection of life and liberty.

2. It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are major. They have contacted marriage. Certificate of registration of marriage is annexed with the petition.

3. Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Smt. Nisha Tanwar vs. State of Rajasthan (S.B. Criminal Writ No.493/2016), decided on (Downloaded on 01/09/2019 at 09:15:54 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMP-4682/2019] 30.11.2016 allowed the petition and directed the S.H.O. concerned to ensure necessary vigil so that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of those who are opposing the marriage.

4. I have considered the contentions.

5. In view of the fact that petitioners are major and are married, which fact is established from the certificate of registration of marriage, the misc. petition is allowed.

6. Respondent No.3 is directed to ensure necessary vigil so that no harm is caused to the life and liberty of the petitioners from relatives of petitioner No.1.

7. Stay application stands disposed.
