1. Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly make a submission that the issue involved in these writ petitions have already been decided in bunch of writ petitions by this court on 25.01.2018, the lead case among which being case of Smt. Jagriti Sahu Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.
(WPS No.3268 of 2017).
2. In the light of the aforesaid submissions, this court is of the opinion that these writ petitions also deserve to be and are accordingly disposed of in the similar terms as has been decided by this court in case of Smt. Jagriti Sahu (Supra).
3. Copy of order passed in case of Smt. Jagriti Sahu (Supra) be made part of the records of these petitions as well.
4. Certified copy today.
