25D. Maximum rate of rent in kind.
- Where rents are payable in kind the maximum rent in kind payable by a sub-tenant to a minor or a lunatic, or an idiot, or a woman who is unmarried or divorced separated from her husband or is a widow, or a person incapable of cultivating his holding by reason of blindness or other physical disability or infirmity, or a person not exceeding 25 years of age who is a student prosecuting his studies in a recognised institution may extend to ¼th of the gross produce.
