Section 87(1)(a) in The National Security Guard Rules, 1987

(a)The Court may at any time before it closes to deliberate on its finding or if there is a Judge Attorney before he begins to sum up, call a witness or recall a witness, if in the opinion of the Court it is in the interest of justice to do so.
