(iii)to develop patterns of teaching for a certificate or diploma, upto undergraduate, post-graduate and doctoral level and to maintain a high standard of education and its applications; to create capabilities for upgrading science management and technology, dental, medical, pharmacy, commerce, management and technology infrastructure of the global standards.
