Section 36 in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
36. Drawal of pay.
- (i) A teacher shall be entitled to draw the pay of the post to which he is appointed from the date on which he assumes charge of the post.(ii)Pay in respect of any month shall become payable on or immediately after the first working day of the following month.
