Section 43 in The M.P. Forests (Hunting, Shooting, Fishing, Poisoning Water and Setting Traps or Snares in Reserved or Protected Forests) Rules, 1963

43. Repeal and savings.

- If immediately before the commencement of these rules, there are in force in any region of the State any rules relating to hunting, shooting, fishing, poisoning water, and setting traps or snares in reserved or protected forests made under the Act, all those rules shall stand repealed :Provided that anything done or any action taken under the rules so repealed shall unless such thing or action is inconsistent with any of the provisions of these rules, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these rules.Appendix A[See clause (g) of Rule 3]
