Section 27(2) in The Maharashtra Control Of Organised Crime Act, 1999.
(2)Such annual report shall be laid by the State Government before each House of the State Legislature within three months of the completion of every calendar year:Provided that, if the State Government is of the opinion that the inclusion of any matter in the annual report would be prejudicial to the security of the State or to the prevention or detection of any organised crime, the State Government may exclude such matter from being included in such annual report.
