2.On 10.09.2019, based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court issued directions to the respondents to permit the petitioners to attend the interview on 10.09.2019 for the post of Assistant Professor in pursuant to the Advertisement No.3 of 2019 dated 27.06.2019 and not to publish the results till 23.09.2019. However, the petitioners are not able to attend the interview on 10.09.2019.

2.At request of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, the matter is posted today.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has produced the marks secured by the petitioners wherein it is stated that the petitioners have scored less than 40 marks contrary to their submissions made before this Court. I therefore do not find any error for not allowing the petitioners to participate in the interview. Hence, the order passed by this Court on 10.09.2019 is recalled.

http://www.judis.nic.in W.P.No.27104 of 2019 Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate Writ Petition challenging the appointment. No costs.
