Section 2(h) in Meghalaya Private Universities (Regulation of Establishment and Maintenance of Standards) Act, 2019
(h)"study center" means a center established and maintained or recognized by the university for the purpose of advising, counselling or for rendering any other assistance required by the students used in the context of distance education; and
