The present petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of petition filed by the respondent-husband being Matrimonial Case No. 3570/2022, titled as “Shivam Pandey Vs. Suneina Kunder”, pending before the Principal Judge, Ghaziabad, Family Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh to the Family Court at Udupi, Karnataka.
