306. Rules.
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules consistent with the provisions of this Chapter for carrying into effect the purposes of this Chapter.(2)In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provision, such rules may make provision for the guidance of the Collector, and his assistants and other subordinates in the discharge of their duties, or for any other purpose connected with the subject matter of this Chapter not expressly provided for therein.
