Section 6(1)(a) in The Explosives Act, 1884

(a)prohibit, either absolutely or subject to conditions, the manufacture, possession or importation of any explosive which is of so dangerous a character that, in the opinion of the Central Government, it is expedient for the public safety to issue the notification; [- - -] [The word "and" and Clause (b) repealed by Act 10 of 1914, Section 3 and Sch.II.]
