282. Contract grant for purchase of tents.
- There is a separate contract grant for the purchase of tents, ordinarily to last for eight years, at the disposal of each Commissioner. An estimate of probable requirements for each division will be annually furnished by each Commissioner to the Accountant-General and to the Board not later than the 15th November to be included in the ensuing year's budget. The Board should communicate the final estimate to Government by the 1st December. These estimates should be made with due regard to the allotment for the whole period of eight years.
